Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery in UK, however items may arrive earlier than this. It may take 1-2 weeks or more for International delivery. Items are dispatched through Royal Mail or a courier service. All orders are recorded. A tracking number is emailed upon dispatchment.

We understand how important privacy and security is to our customers therefore please ensure that all personal information is kept secured with Abaya Central and will not be passed onto any third parties unless in the case of crime and fraud or impersonation of someone else.Your information will be only be used for administration of orders, processing orders, enquires and complaints, marketing and communication of our latest products and promotions.
Returns & Replacements

At Abaya Central we know shopping online can be a daunting experience. Our aim is to make this a simple yet enjoyable experience for you. To make our customers happy and keep them happy we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In an event where you may not be fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 7 days for a complete refund on the cost of the abaya or an exchange (another delivery charge will be applicable). Contact us via email info@abaya-central.co.uk should this be the case. Pack securely all returned items and return to us via recorded delivery as Abaya Central unfortunately cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items. Returns will be approved by Abaya Central. Upon approval Abaya Central will provide a refund. All returned items must be in the condition sold - original packaging, tags intact, undamaged and unworn and packed appropriately for shipping accompanied by the original order invoice. Please also note that the cost of the return shipment will be the customers responsibility. Your statutory rights are not affected.
How do I place an order?

You can place your order in 3 easy steps
Step 1.
Simply choose the relevant size of the desired Abaya and then click on the "Add To Cart" button next to the product. Please note that the size represents the length of the Abaya. If the relevant size is not highlighted, this means the particular size is out of stock. In this case please email us at info@abaya-central.com and we will let you know as soon as it is available.

Step 2.
The shopping bag at the side of the screen will tell which products you have selected. At any time click on "Checkout" to verify your chosen items and desired size. You can either continue to shop, remove unwanted items or proceed to the checkout by clicking on "Proceed To Checkout" button.

Step 3.
Enter payment and billing details as requested. The billing address is the registered address of your debit/credit card. If you would like to the goods to be delivered to an alternative address, simply add the address details to the alternative address section. Upon payment authorisation, you will receive an email of confirmation. Please keep this for reference.

Payment

We accept payment through PayPal. PayPal is one of the most common and secure way making payments over the Internet. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to order from Abaya Central. If you do not wish to or cannot use Paypal please contact us at info@abaya-central.co.uk and will discuss alternate payment options.
What is my size?

Abayas are commonly available in four different sizes. Please take note that the sizes on our website represent the length of the Abaya. These are standard abaya sizes. To order the correct size, simply measure your height before placing an order.

Size 54 = 54 inch length (suitable for height 5ft4)
Size 56 = 56 inch length (suitable for height 5ft6)
Size 58 = 58 inch length (suitable for height 5ft8)
Size 60 = 60 inch length (suitable for height 6ft)

Sizes may vary according to design and are specified under Description.

International Delivery

Yes, we deliver our products worldwide. Simply choose the desired destination at the checkout page under 'International Shipping'. If you do not see a deliver option to your location please contact us on info@abaya-central.co.uk and will let you know how much the delivery cost is.
How do I care for my abaya?

While all our garments are made from long lasting durable fabric, we do recommend our garments to be hand washed due to the nature of the crystals. Please take note that Abaya Central will not be liable for any damage caused if garments are machine washed.
Abaya Central Loyalty Scheme

Welcome to the AC loyalty programme.

We pay you in pounds not in points. When you purchase an abaya from AC we automatically open an AC loyalty account for you with currently 10% of that purchase. So if you spend £50 we will put £5 into your AC account
You may choose to spend the money in your AC account on your next purchase using the code we send you, or you can accumulate more money in your account to use in a future purchase.
You can accumulate up to £40 in your AC account.
If you want to use your AC account you must use it on a single purchase.

Please note:
- Pounds earned may take up to twenty four (24) hours after purchase to post to your account.
- Pounds can accumulate to the value of £40 maximum over a number of purchases.
- Pounds must be redeemed all in one go over a single purchase.
- Applicable postage/shipping charges are excluded from pounds earnings unless stated.
- Pounds cannot be redeemed against the same purchase upon which they are earned.
- Pounds cannot not be awarded on prior purchases made before membership to the Loyalty Scheme.
- Pounds cannot be purchased, transferred or redeemed for cash.
- On products returned for refund, any points earned for the original purchase will be deducted from the member's account balance. - Pounds of inactive account will expire after 18months
- Abaya Central has the right to cancel or modify the programme. On such occasions, members will be notified in advanced.
