I do not have Paypal account, can I still make a purchase?
Yes you can still make a purchase without a paypal account. PayPal is one of the most common and secure way making payments over the Internet. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to order from Abaya Central. Simply scroll down and enter your card details on the Paypal order page.

I saw an abaya on facebook & Instagram, how can I make a purchase?
You can access our products for purchase by clicking on the link either on facebook or on a basket sign on our Instgram posts. You can also access the products on our website and make a purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to deliver in UK?
UK deliveries can take up to 3-5 working days, however items may arrive earlier than this. Items are dispatched through Royal Mail or a courier service. All orders are recorded. A tracking number is emailed upon dispatchment as proof of dispatchment and you can track your order.
It is important to note that delays can occur during busy periods such as Eid and national holidays incl. bank holidays. Do allow as many days as possible for your order.
Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?
Yes, we deliver our products worldwide. It usually can take up to 7-10 working days however this varies per country and the national postal service. Simply choose the desired destination at the checkout page under ‘International Shipping’. If you do not see a deliver option to your location please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and will let you know how much the delivery cost is.
All international items are sent via recorded delivery. A tracking number will be emailed to you as proof of dispatchment and so you can track your order. A signature is required upon receiving. It is important to note that delays can occur during busy periods such as Eid and national holidays incl. bank holidays. Do allow as many days as possible for your order.

I want to receive Abaya Central’s promotions but will I be bombarded with emails ?
We appreciate you for trusting us with your personal information. We send out promotions once in a while and maybe an email or two to say Salaam and see how you are 🙂 We do not aim to bombard you with email campaigns. Returns & Replacements
Can I return an abaya?
At Abaya Central we know shopping online can be a daunting experience. Our aim is to make this a simple yet enjoyable experience for you. To make our customers happy and keep them happy we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In an event where you may not be fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 7 days for a complete refund on the cost of the abaya (exclusive of postage). Simply get in touch with us within this time period.
Please take note we cannot offer refunds on items that have been worn or damaged.
How do I return an abaya?
Our return policy is quite simple. In an event where you may not be fully satisfied, please let us know as soon you can by getting in touch. Once we have received your inquiry we will send you a return address for the items. We ask our clients to send the items back to us via recorded delivery to avoid items being lost and in their original state (not worn or damaged)
I would like to exchange the item for another?
If you would like to exchange an item for another, we do advise to place another order for the new abaya and send the previous back to us for refund. This means we can process your order quickly rather than waiting until we receive the items. A delivery charge is applicable on all items that are sent out. Please contact us via email email@example.com should this be the case.
We ask our clients to pack securely all returned items and return to us via recorded delivery as Abaya Central unfortunately cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items. Returns will be approved by Abaya Central. Upon approval Abaya Central will provide a refund. Please allow 7-10 working days for the amount to be refunded.
All returned items must be in the condition sold – original packaging, tags intact, undamaged and unworn and packed appropriately for shipping accompanied by the original order invoice. Please take note that we cannot refund garments that have been worn or damaged. Also note that the cost of the return shipment will be the customers responsibility.
How do I place an order?
You can place your order in 4 easy steps
Simply choose the relevant size of the desired Abaya and then click on the “Add To Cart” button next to the product. Please note that the size represents the length of the Abaya. If the relevant size is not available to choose, this means the particular size is out of stock. In this case please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know as soon as it is available.
The shopping cart at the side of the screen will tell which products you have selected. At any time click on “Checkout” to verify your chosen items and desired size. You can either continue to shop, remove unwanted items or proceed to the checkout by clicking on “Proceed To Checkout” button.
Enter payment and billing details as requested. The billing address is the registered address of your debit/credit card. If you would like to the goods to be delivered to an alternative address, simply add the address details to the Shipping address section. Upon payment authorisation, you will receive an email of confirmation. Please keep this for reference. Please check that all address details are all correct. Obvious as it may be, this step is overlooked and we may cancel your order if we are unable get in touch
If you have any discount codes, you can enter them on the checkout page just before entering your personal details.We accept payment through PayPal. Abaya Sizes & Measurements
What is my size?
Abayas are commonly available in four different sizes. Please take note that the sizes on our website represent the length of the Abaya. These are standard UAE abaya sizes. To order the correct size, simply measure your height before placing an order.
Size 54 = 54 inch length (suitable for height 5ft4)
Size 56 = 56 inch length (suitable for height 5ft6)
Size 58 = 58 inch length (suitable for height 5ft8)
Size 60 = 60 inch length (suitable for height 6ft)
If you are unsure, please let us know and we can provide you with the exact measurements for a specific abaya,
Measurements for chest and waist may vary according to design and are specified under Description.
You have so many abayas styles, how do I choose?
Our abaya designs fall in one of the following categories:

How do I care for my abaya?
While all our garments are made from long lasting durable fabric, we do recommend our garments to be hand washed due to the nature of the crystals. Many of our clients (if not all) machine wash our plain abayas on delicate settings or on cold wash. Please note that all washing machines are different with different settings so we cannot be liable for any damage caused if garments are machine washed. After washing hand dry them for minimal ironing 😉
